Do I need to already have a Twilio account?
No — you create one during setup (Settings walks you through it) and connect your own number. Takes about five minutes. RelayWorks never shares numbers or accounts across companies.
What if the AI says the wrong thing to a customer?
You can preview exactly what it would say before it's live, and any conversation it's unsure about gets flagged for you to take over — you can jump into any thread as yourself at any time, and the AI hands off automatically the moment a customer needs a real person.
I already use a CRM or spreadsheet — can I bring my leads over?
